Professional:
First drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 50th round of the 2002 June MLB draft. Kyle was then drafted in the 6th round of the 2005 June draft by the Chicago Cubs. Kyle went on to play five seasons of professional baseball with four different Cub minor league affiliates, ranging from Rookie League to AAA. He finished his professional career with the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic Independence League. He was a .246 hitter in professional baseball and fielded at an .950 clip playing 1B, 2B, 3B and SS during his five years of professional baseball.

College:
Baylor University 2002-2005. Kyle played three seasons with the Bears after Redshirting his Freshman year in 2002. He had a batting average of .290 with 14 HR and 106 RBI over his Baylor career while defensively playing all infield positions at one time or another.

High School:
The son of former Major League all-star Craig Reynolds, was ranked as the No. 81 high school prospect in Texas by Baseball America/Perfect Game. As a junior playing for coach Jeff Schroeder at Second Baptist High School, Reynolds hit .533 with 14 doubles, five triples, seven home runs, 41 RBI and 20 stolen bases. Those gaudy statistics earned him district MVP honors and a first-team all-state selection.
