Competed for Houston Baptist University as a Middle Blocker and Outside Hitter from 1996-2000. Earned most improved player her sophomore year.

"Coach Sue Berg was the reason I played volleyball in college. She saw a talent in me that I hadn’t seen in myself. She encouraged me to pursue that talent by playing year-round club ball which further developed my skills. Thanks to her I was awarded a full scholarship to play at HBU where I played all four years. I will always look at Coach Berg as a mentor and a friend."
